CABOT INN & SUITES

Cabot Inn & Suites has rooms in two buildings: the interior Main Building and the Exterior Building across the street. The Main Building has a lift and facilities for disabled guests, while the Exterior Building has a motel-like setup with two floors and upper-level rooms accessible by stairs only. Exterior Building rooms include a mini fridge and a flat-screen TV with cable; Cabot Inn & Suites is non-smoking throughout.

Weeks State Park is 2 miles from the hotel, and Santa's Village and Waumbek Golf Course are within 5 miles. Downtown Lancaster is a 3-minute drive from the hotel and has restaurants, shops, and a brewery. North Country ATV trail head parking is a 30-minute drive from the hotel.

Children have the children's playground and the games room inside the Main Building. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub/Jacuzzi are also in the Main Building, and the games room has arcade games, air hockey, and a pool table. Santa's Village is within 5 miles of the hotel.

The Main Building serves a free hot breakfast with eggs, sausage, make-your-own waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and juices. A lobby coffee bar keeps coffee available during the day, and vending machines are available on site. Guests can also eat at Scorpios Bar and Grill, a local restaurant in the area.
